Today it's the day for an excursion to Point Reyes: it's sunny and quite windy so promising for a nice viewpoint.
I was hoping for a non-touristy place, but I was totally wrong. The place was packed, it was a nightmare to find a parking spot. Nonetheless, most people didn't go to the bottom of the 300-ish steps to see the Fresnel lense in the old lighthouse so it was much better down there :)
I wanted (needed?) to go to the sea, and I wanted to avoid the crowd. The latter was a disaster, but the first objective was a success! The view was awesome and definitively worth the 2.5h drive from Santa Clara.
